Sales & Equipment

The SSW30 Hydraulic Spinning Wrench is designed to handle drill pipes and collars from 2.7/8″ to 9.1/2″ O.D. with ease, requiring no adjustments. Its powerful torque capability quickly secures each joint, ensuring tight shoulder bumping for efficient operation. This lightweight tool is streamlined, featuring a narrow profile and compact design achieved through a single large clamping cylinder.

The SSW40 Pneumatic Spinning Wrench offers similar functionality for spinning drill pipes and collars, powered by reliable pneumatic technology for versatile, high-performance applications.

WELDLESS LINKS

Weldless links are forged from a single piece of high-grade alloy steel for superior tensile strength. Extra weight and reinforced diameter in critical areas enhance durability, while the short upper eye design improves balance, eases elevator handling, and minimizes wear on the eye section.

DC DOLLY

This innovative system offers an efficient method for handling drill collars without the need to remove the elevator from the links. Compatible with perfect links, these drill collar assemblies improve productivity and safety on the rig. They accommodate sizes ranging from 2.7/8″ plain to 6.5/8″ IEU.

COLLAR TYPE ELEVATORS

Center-latch elevators are specifically designed for efficiently handling collar-type drill pipe, casing, and tubing. Constructed in two halves of nearly equal weight, all "A" type elevators ensure optimal balance for easier opening and closing. This design operational efficiency and safety during drilling operations.

ELEVATORS

MANUAL OPERATED

Manual operated elevators are conventionally operated elevators for lifting all existing pipe: Collar type center latch A series • 18° center latch G series Collar type side door X series Auxiliary S-series The elevators are suitable for handling casing, tubing, plain & upset drill pipe, collar type drill pipe, 18° drill pipe, IU, EU and IEU pipe etc, depending on the type and rating.

AIR OPERATED

Air-operated elevators are traditional center latch elevators enhanced with power actuation, allowing for remote opening. This innovative feature provides greater convenience and efficiency in handling drill pipe and tubing during operations.

SLIP TYPE

The NOV "Y" series elevators are traditional slip-type elevators designed for handling tubing and small casing. Featuring a four-slip design, they ensure optimal contact with the pipe, effectively preventing bottlenecking and gauge damage during operations.

AIR OPERATED

The HYC elevator is a robust elevator with a capacity of 200 tons (181 tonnes), designed to handle tubing or casing sizes ranging from 2.7/8″ to 7.3/4″. This full range of capabilities can be achieved by utilizing five sets of slips, ensuring efficiency in various drilling applications.

MYC CASING ELEVATOR

The MYC elevator, with a 125 STon (114 Tonne) capacity, completes the Y-type elevator series, designed for handling both external upset and API collar-type casing or tubing. It accommodates sizes ranging from 3.1/2″ to 7″ (89–178 mm) OD, meeting API standards with a rated capacity of 125 STon (114 Tonne).

YC CASING ELEVATOR

The YC elevator is highly versatile, designed to handle both external upset and API collar-type casing with ease by simply installing the appropriate size insert-type slips and slip-setting ring assembly. It casing sizes from 3.1/2″ (89 mm) to 7″ (178 mm) with an API-rated capacity of 75 STon (68 Tonne).

COLLAR TYPE ELEVATORS

The YT elevator is a highly adaptable combination tool specifically designed for compatibility with a range of power tubing spiders. Its versatile construction allows it to efficiently handle different tubing requirements, making it a valuable addition to drilling operations. This design flexibility on the rig.

VARCO / BJ TYPE ELEVATOR/SPIDERS & FMS FLUSH MOUNTED SLIPS

Elevator/Spiders
The elevator/spider tool is engineered for efficiently lifting and suspending a variety of tubular goods, from light tubing to heavy wall pipes and drill collars. These units can be configured as a casing elevator or spider: the elevator section, attached to the derrick traveling block, uses a bottom guide and bell guide, while the spider section, positioned on the master bushing or rotary, uses a top guide for precise centering. Varco weldless links rated from 250 to 1,000 tons ensure secure attachment to the derrick.

FMS Flush Mounted Slips
The FMS375/275 is a hydraulically operated power slip with replaceable slips and insert carriers, designed to handle casing with ease. The powerful downforce generated by the FMS absorbs the torque reaction from tongs, allowing it to perform without a manual casing tong. This power slip enables smooth operation and reliable handling of the first casing joints in each string.
